QA/QC Introduction

Our quality control system is make up of four independent steps, including manufacture quality control, packing quality control, professional QC and pre-shipment spot test. Every product will go through those four steps before delivery to make sure that there is no defective products reach the final customers.

Manufacture quality control: During manufacturing processes, every worker is responsible for the items he is making. If they produce too many defective products, they will be fined. As a result, our works pay more attention to the quality of products.

Packing quality control: During packing phase, our workers will not only clean the items but also pick out the defective items.

Professional QC: We have professional QC for every work group, with task of overseeing workers and quality.  

Pre-shipment spot test: Before shipment, every sales person will do spot tests on the products with the help of our professional QC. If there are too many defective products, sales persons could demand the re-making of these products.
